"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing. Otherwise the interior is very well maintained and renovated and the staff is doing a good job being friendly and trying to help you."

"On our arrival on a Monday at 6 in the afternoon every restaurant / lounge was closed either for a special event or just a Monday. It was literally impossible to grab a bite to eat or an alcoholic drink so we were forced to find a restaurant a block or two away. Breakfast was extremely well organized with a wide variety of menu items. We did find both the Hop House and Biergarten very nice with decent menus and responsive, friendly staffs."

"The location is fantastic approx 20mins walk to Old Town and various tourist spots. There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and art shops as well as grocery stores. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, with great coffee & tea in the room with a small fridge/minibar(extra charge). A large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, lots of toiletries included. "Pretty old hotel but clean. My room has a small shower place which is not ideal. Otherwise a good hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. The location requires tram ride to go to the old town etc."
