"This hotel is in a good location for the champagne Avenue it is just a 5 min walk away. The staff are not very customer focused and gave no information without being asked. Breakfast is ok if you like continental but do not use the egg warmer it takes 15 minutes for an egg to be cooked. The toaster is up to high for short people like me to be able to us ethe tongs to retrive it. The spaces is very limited and when busy you can wait for a while to get a cup of coffee or tea. "Great place to stay, very well decorated and freindly. There is the added bonus of champagne tasting at 6pm and a little champagne house (Georges Debouff) just around the corner to visit."

"Our third stay at the hotel and still love it there. Great staff with good food and lovely bar area. Hotel also has a spa and outside pool which is great on those warm sunny days surrounded by beautiful vineyards. A relaxing couple of days."

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot...
