"The property is well situated about half way if doing the Douro drive loop. Grounds are lovely with rooms overlooking vineyards - very serene and quiet. Lots of onsite parking. Staff encourage picking and eating fruit off the trees - the oranges are excellent! There is a nice pool area. "All I can say is run to this Quinta! This was the highlight of our trip, by far. The staff was exceptional; as is the property which was very clean. We stayed at the outer building and had a pool all to ourselves, along with a lemon tree & breathtaking views. The restaurant on the property was great and the breakfast was just right, offering plenty of fresh options. The wait staff was friendly and professional, offering great wine paring options for every course of every meal. A short walk...
