"The hotel is 100 years old, our room reflected that. Very small with limited electrical outlets walls, ceiling, windows, bathroom showed the age. Overall hotel was clean and well maintained. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. $90 a night for valet was excessive."

"To be fair, the staff was respectful and attentive despite the property’s many challenges. The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor. Overall, I was profoundly disappointed with the facility."
