"The front desk person, younger dark girl with blonde braids, EXTREMELY kind and tried to be helpful. But after she checked me in she said “if the room isn’t okay come back and we can get your refund through the booking app.” This was a bad sign to me. And once we got in the room I saw why. It was pretty disgusting, But we only needed it for a few hours to sleep and had stuff to lay over the beds so we didn’t have to touch the sheets AT ALL. And wore shoes the ENTIRE time, including in the...

"There was no hairdryer! Coffeemaker but no coffee! No personal hygiene items! Had to ask at the desk. Never did get a hair dryer. There were holes in the ceiling! Some had been patched but some were right over the bed. Will not stay there again."

"Near to my work"

"I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed...

"Located across the street from gas and food, my room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and told me to call with any questions. For me the location is very convenient, halfway between FL and Nashville. I would return to the motel when in the area."

"Bedding was very dirty, room was dirty, light in bathroom was broken and did not work. The floors felt like you would fall through them at any moment. Felt very unsafe. "
