There is no Breakfast available, only banana and apple was offered as breakfast. Hallway carpet, Floor carpet was so dirty, probably they don't shampoo it once in 6 months. No elevator was working. Only one small and one midium towel was (total two towel) provided. Found some hair in the washroom floor. Window was never cleaned, lots of mud was observed.

AC struggled to keep the room cool. Carpet had not been vacuumed in a while. The black out blinds did not cover the entire window so the room was bright at night. No Kleenex, no coffee for the keurig and only 1 light worked in the bathroom.Free breakfast consisted of oranges, apples and bananas. Plus the elevator was out. Really unhappy with our experience. We won’t be back.

At check in clerk said breakfast was from 6 to 9:30. Only had limited coffee, oranges and apples. No coffee in the rooms. Property inside was dirty, not vacuumed. Windows filmed over. Bedspread stained. Elevators were out. Lobby, breakfast area and halls were hot. Would not stay here again even if it was free!!!

Upon getting my key card, I noticed the elevator was out of order and told the lady at the desk that I have a heart condition so if she could please not have me walk up so many flights of stairs. She disregarded that and put me on the 5th floor. We get to the 5th floor open the door and the room was very much not cleaned. Trash everywhere, dirty towels in the bathroom, sheets and covers all over the place. I go back down after taking pics and videos. Show her what the room looked like. She gives me a different room on the 3rd floor. I have a party of 3 she gave me 1 face towel 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. The stair case was filthy and the next room she gave us wasn't clean either. Stains in the sheets and covers, tub had a ring around it. Towels had stains as well. I would never recommend this hotel to not even to my worst enemy -50 out 10

Title: Major Health & Safety Hazards – Do Not Stay Here I booked this stay through Expedia and had to check out early due to severe sanitation and safety issues. Safety Hazards: The laundry room has standing water on the floor and a disconnected dryer vent, which is a significant fire risk. The elevator was also out of service. Sanitation: The room was completely uncleaned upon arrival. I found hair in the tub and food splatters in the microwave/fridge. I had to scrub the surfaces myself just to make it habitable for my young child. Hostile Management: When I requested a refund for these documented issues, the owner was unprofessional and hostile, stating "you get what you pay for" rather than addressing the health and safety violations. This property is poorly maintained and potentially dangerous. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness or safety.

I would rate Aspen Grand a big fat zero if I could. Upon arrival I realized the hotel was filthy the second I stepped in the lobby. The girl at the front desk was polite, and that’s probably the only good thing I can say about the place. They tried to put us (including my 86 year old grandfather) on the fourth floor which wouldn’t have been an issue, except the elevator was out of service. After some arguing, one of the cleaning staff members informed the attendant that they just finished cleaning a room on the first floor we could have. Except that room wasn’t clean, we realized when we got inside. There was chewed gum in the bathtub, dirt on the bathroom floor, etc. The next morning, we checked out the “breakfast”. There was no coffee. Just milk and two cereal choices. When we asked the man at the counter, he LITERALLY shrugged his shoulders and said “this is what you get for the price”. Maybe Expedia should do a better job vetting places before they advertise them. This place was an absolute dump. Do not come here.

Overall decent value. The elevator is out and my room was on the 4th floor, so that was annpying but not a deal breaker. The breakfast was pretty dismal, but that's expected. The room had some stains on the floor, smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, and there was old socks behind the night stand. The beds were comfy and the sheets and pillows were nice and clean

Pros: The hotel room was very nice and very spacious. Beds were comfy. Cons: We were put on the 4th floor and the elevators were not working. The hallways and lobby area were extremely hot & muggy. Front desk attendant was not friendly; even my son said something about the way he spoke to me. The breakfast was very limited. The only hot item was waffles.

Do not waste your money. The hotel is located in a sketchy area. It seems like they only clean the lobby every day. The hallways are not vacuumed, and neither is the room. Brown stains on towels. On the bed, only sheets and a cover, but no comforter or blanket. I spent several nights in that place, and not once did anyone come to vacuum the hallways, the room, or change the towels—noise in the middle of the night, banging in the hallway, drunks and junkies. The elevator is not working. Food - the pictures (on Google Map) are a scam (no eggs, meat, or potatoes/hash brown). They serve only a continental breakfast. Whoever gave them 5 stars and a positive review has no common sense or has very low standards. They do not deserve even 1 star. I am sorry, but the 4.5 stars on the Google review summary are completely out of reality.

Place was junk. Elevator doesn't work. Water heater didn't work even though they said the heaters were brand new and tney only have 1 Elevator. When asking for the manager O was told the manager is not available till Saturday. I would recommend first never stay at this Hotel and Second never use expedia. After I even bought the trip insurance I am being stuck with a bill for 7 days instead of only the 2 nights I stayed. Noone between expedia and definitely the hotel speaks any english.

First night the key card wouldn’t work. Elevators didn’t work so you had to use the stairs which were absolutely horrible. There was no comforter on the bed, the room was completely dirty. The bathroom room was dirty as well there were no towel. The one towel that was hanging up on the tank had blood all over it. The whole hotel was just dirty. The only good thing about the room was how comfortable the bed was. I will never come back here again.

The elevator was out of service and had me on 4th floor kept telling me they would move me but never did because room was still dirty because they had no housekeepers for the 4 nights I've been there bad experience 👎

The room was not properly cleaned. The sheets had visible stains, as if they had not been changed, and the carpet had not been vacuumed. One of the two chairs in the room was completely broken. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent—no one serviced the room during the entire three days of my stay.

We get there the elevator didn’t work, the hot water wasn’t working, there was old food left in the fridge from the person before. The breakfast way okay didn’t have much to choose from. The ac worked really good.
