When we got there it was okay then round two o'clock that morning lights went out and never came back on.....went to speak to the owners and they where gone ....it was freezing so i left didnt even stay the two days .....had no way of contacting nobody to get my money back....worst stay ever

SCAM AT FRONT DESK!!

Horrible!! Very unprofessional looking & behavior front desk girl. Told me in order to stay she needed $50 CASH from me. They already had my credit card info as I prepaid. Total scam!!!!! I canceled my reservation on the spot and am sure I will have to dispute charge on my credit card.

After arriving we found out this hotel is not in the best part of Houston, people sitting in their cars all hours of the day and night everywhere you went rather outside or in smelled like weed, not the highest class of people that stayed there. Pull out sofa had trash all inside and aweful liking stains on the mattress I think would have been better to sleep on the ground outside than on that

They hotel staff was nice but I ran into a problem with one of the staff members and didn’t give me a deposit back and I don’t know why they didn’t charge the staff member if he messed up go somewhere nice and better to spend your money

This is the worst hotel and the worst hotel experience ever. When we checked in, the manager stated that they only accept cash for the deposits of $50 but the third party site didn’t state that. The room was dirty, there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom and the hotel is old. We went to pull out the sofa bed for the kids and it was the most disgusting looking mattress I’ve ever seen. It looked like dried blood that has been there for years. The other side of the mattress had mildew. We asked to switch mattresses and the General Manager stated that they do not utilize or advertise the sofa beds although it did on the website.

Nastiness in abundance

This place has to be on the way to being condemned there's trash everywhere steel rods laying in the rock beds I guess for busting windows out of cars. There's drug deals in the open one guy was in his vehicle focused on his lap area then pulled out throwing a insulin syringe out of his window towards the dumpster. Signs that inform you to lock your car are from Quality Suites not even the Springwood Suite. The only good about the place was a younger African American lady that was there at the time of check in everyone else was extremely rude and the GM spoke in the most thug hood language that was appalling to myself and other ppl. The pool was green and smelled light fixtures were broken hanging down with light bulbs that still had electricity. The A/C was filthy in fact I had to clean the caked dust so the air would blow out but the filters where freshly cleaned but that's about the extent of sanitizing that was done. No hang sanitizer was available to guest as the website claimed

The staff here is what makes this such a great experience!!! I pass up Hilton and Marriott to stay here and not because of amenities but in large part because of the down to earth and human staff. No script and no fairness just genuine people doing a awesome job!!! Thanks you all!! See y'all soon only next time I'll be solo!!! Lol
