"Front desk lady was rude and unprofessional"

"It was very quiet and clean, I loved the room but the only thing I wasn't too pleased with was the pillows they were too soft I like firm pillows but overall I enjoyed my stay."

"There isn't much to choose from in Pearland regarding hotels. This property is within 15-20 minutes from Hobby Airport, and it's a straight shot up Hwy-35. You probably don't want to stay too close to the airport, because of that neighborhood. This property is in a good location. The hotel sits back from the hwy far enough that you don't hear a lot of traffic. They have a sizable outside pool and a small hot tub. I used the exercise room while I was there, and it was adequate, albeit a bit small. The breakfast is better than most chain hotels. They had a pancake machine that I didn't try, but they had biscuits and gravy, bacon, powdered eggs, yogurt, sausage, omelettes, breads, and fruit. We saw the Sysco truck pull up one morning. It's all processed, but that meets with my expectation. The nice breakfast lady works very hard to keep food available. They have 2 coffee machines, but I didn't like the coffee. The front desk is responsive. We needed fresh towels and they provided those in short order when we asked. Our room was clean when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. We couldn't get the AC to run with the constant fan. That's always good for white noise. Our electric iron leaked water really bad and our in-room coffee maker didn't work. Because of a lack of better properties in Pearland, I would stay here again."

"Excellent stay! Staff was friendly. We had a studio suite, and it was lovely - a lot of room, comfortable bed, clean, good size bathroom. Workout room was peaceful and enough to get strength training and cardio in. Breakfast amenities were good too - yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea. Parking was easy and free. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Very happy with this choice!"

"I had hard time falling asleep due to noises coming from upstairs. I can hear every steps walking around and moving chains and luggage. "
