The carpet in our room was old and the outside of the bath tub was quite dirty. The light switches in the bedroom and bathroom need some cleaning. Over all it was a pleasant stay."

"Located 1 to 2 miles away from downtown, the Rooms are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Would love to come back and stay whenever possible."

"I want to start off by saying we were so excited to stay here! You arrival we went into the bathroom everything look great I dropped an earring and bent down and inter the sink was a HUGE cockroach. I let the front know down stairs and they did come a clean it up. We didn’t have enough wash clothes there were 2 so my daughter called down to request more and the man at the front desk was obviously put out and was very unfriendly- this occurred in several of our interactions with staff. "I killed 2 roaches and a spider. We had to beg for towels, the only way you could get more towels was to turn the other ones in. The building smelled old and stale. Other than that it was in a convenient location to get to the Medical Center."

"The elevator was out the entire time I was there. They were fully booked the first night I was there and my bathroom smelled light a dead rotting rat. I got moved the next day. I have stayed here twice before for a conference but I won’t next year."
