I was disappointed however when we didn't receive our breakfast vouchers right away and they had no parking passes at the desk. The pool area was not nice. This was a very beautiful and clean hotel. I love the aesthetics in the lobby. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were very spacious and clean would highly recommend..

The Whitehall Houston
Staff is great. Front desk is very courteous and helpful. The young lady at the breakfast restaurant was great. The room is old. floor has visible water damage. Bathroom is old. Shower door dirty. shower hardware old and leaky and LOUD and water never got more than luke warm.

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
