Its was a very hot day when we checked it , No air condition, and when we arrived in the room it was like an oven, They did not have the curtesy to open a window to try and cool down the room before we arrived. and we were given a small fan which all that did was circulate the hot air around the room, Checked the fan and the pat testing sticker was a year out of date. "Stayed at this hotel for four nights and the staff were outstanding. Everyone—from reception to the restaurant and bar—offered excellent customer service. They were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel’s location was also perfect for getting around York."
