"This is an historic building, the room as spacious and clean, excellent snow views out of the window. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast and very good good. Walkable to almost everypoint of interest in the city."

"Google mapに書かれている道が実際には通れず、行くのにかなり苦労しました。また、バス停からホテルまでの道は石畳なのでキャリーケースを持っての移動は難しいです。 ホテル自体は清潔で、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。チェックアウトの日に団体客もチャックアウトしていました。キャリーケースを預けて街歩きをしたのですが、キャリーケースが団体客のものと混ざらないように受付の方がスタッフルームに入れて預かってくださいました。部屋からは川が見えて、夜と早朝の景色がきれいでした。"

Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com.
