"A very nice airport hotel. Not glamorous, but clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Small bar and restaurant were nice."

"The location is ideal for the airport and they have a shuttle which only takes five minutes. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Most impressive was the restaurant PapaMo. Their food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend the Cool Hotel if you want to stay near the airport."

"The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."

"The apartment was very clean and directions / instructions for check-in were easy to read nderstand. Was not able to watch any TV channels due to some issues with the TV. Also the shower head would not stay in place on its own so had to hold that with one hand while washing"

"We were upgraded to a suite so we had lots of room and two bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable as were the chairs. excellent breakfast included with wide selection. Staff very helpful sorting out wifi problem and arranging takeout breakfast for our early checkout."

"A very comfortable, well-appointed room with high quality linens. The hotel is centrally located and has boutique charm. Included breakfast was excellent and included made to order cappuccino and fresh squeezed orange juice. My only complaint is the shower is very small."
