"Our family had a wonderful 5-day trip to New York. Despite the cold weather outside, the house was warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely attentive and kind, and we really appreciated the high chair provided for our baby. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, and the views from both the kitchen and living room were beautiful. We had such a pleasant and memorable stay, and this home truly made our family trip even more enjoyable."

"When we arrived at the location that apartment was dirty. Ned’s were slept in trash everywhere on the floor of the bedroom. Bathroom barrel had used tampons, blood on the shower mat and blood on a pillow. We arrived at 11:30pm so had trouble reaching contact. Did reach Evolve and they couldn’t get anyone to come clean. I received a call from the owner who was very apologetic and said he would get it resolved by the next day. He said we would get a full refund and if he could get it cleaned we...
