"This was my first time staying on the 2nd floor. I would avoid for future trips. The bar on the 1st floor is either opened very late or they let customers sit there late into the evening talking very loudly. I was not notified that pool would be out for repairs when I made reservations. Kids were disappointed, but not a big deal. The ceiling lamp shade on top of the table in room just fell over on top of table. It is lightweight plastic, probably would not injure anyone if it did hit us,...

"There is a free shuttle to the Dream Mall and train station. Staff is great. Rooms are dated, but clean. Will stay again. "

"Booked a getaway for my Fiancé and I.....Booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub. Would never ask her to go in that tub. Was dirty with hair in it. Lock on door was broke. Wont be back!!!"

"Property condition old. Needs maintenance and update. Elevators always very late. Only 1 was working. Not expecting cold breakfast. Coffee found cold all the time. Maybe short of staff or any other reason. Only the location was great. "

"Free parking, a bus ride away from manhattan. Catch the 127 bus across the street by U-Haul. Breakfast was basics, usually either thin bacon, round sausage and eggs and other breakfast options. No waffle maker. Exit to property is tricky. Felt like a safe area. Did have a homeless couple eating breakfast one morning and then security guarding a room across from us that was odd."

"there were mice in our room, my son caught hives we barely slept because we were trying to get the mice out. my daughter came out for competition and she was so drained from lack of sleep. knowing people come with children I would expect more espcecially for the price smh "

"Amazing river view, clean hotel, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! "

"Unfortunately I had to experience a not so pleasant incident. My ipad got broken in my room by a cleanning staff and the hotel didn’t take responsibility for it. "
