"Excellent location that is close to many walkable restaurants and the American Dream Mall. The hotel has a nice vibe even though some of the decor is dated. The free hotel breakfast is always a good perk. Will return in the fall when I plan to attend a concert at the Metlife Stadium."

"The rooms are not modern or updated. The noise level between each room isn’t great, I could hear the family next door to me. The train constantly going by was disruptive. My room was located on the second floor and without warning the guys working on the trains were able to see directly into my room!! There was a damp smell on the couch and that hung in the air of the room.. overall I wouldn’t stay here again unless my room was on a higher floor away from all the noise."

"Pleasent staff, check in is always smooth, rarely come across issues. Breakfast got a good upgrade since my first time, and it's def a major piece of the package/hotel. They have a good assortment. The rooms are clean. Have been having marital issues so this is where I choose to go on the nights I "can't be home". Peaceful. Family friendly. Love that the rooms are sound proof. The only complaints I got and why I gave amenities a 3 and the general maintenance of place, is because that pool needa...

"The property was very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. Many hot and cold options to choose from, which was nice. The staff was attentive. When we had no television service and difficulty connecting to WiFi, someone came to our room to address the problems. Unfortunately, they were not able to rectify the television issue. We were only staying one night so we didn’t protest, but it’s the main reason for the four stars."

"The hotel is in a PERFECT location to visit NYC by ferry or bus. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The full kitchen has everything except food. Stayed in a 1 bedroom. Booked and paid extra for a 1 bedroom “with a view”. When we arrived I was told that the hotel doesn’t really have rooms with a view. They have a few rooms that provide a small partial view of NYC -these rooms face the side street where they are currently building a massive building. Those rooms wake up to construction all...
