"Spotless clean and comfortable hotel right on the beautiful UMaine campus. Polite and helpful staff, Good cafe in the main hotel building, and it's an easy walk or drive into downtown Orono for some good restaurants."

"The owners of the property were so friendly and personable! I arrived late. 11pm or later. Check in was a breeze. Had a nice conversation with the couple who own the property. Turns out we’re originally both from the same area. The room was so cute. Rustic charm with a nice flat screen tv. I loved the duck toilet paper dispenser. I will definitely be back. If you are in the Bangor area I highly recommend taking the 20 min drive to this place. Great place to spend the night!"

"The property was nice. The room was a little outdated the rug was frayed and looked to be bare in one spot. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The room was huge we had 2 queens/double with a pull out couch which we paid for but still huge. The dollar amount spent did not make up for the uncomfortable beds though. Breakfast was great in the morning and staff was very friendly."

"We arrived to check in at 4, our room wasn’t ready as they were cleaning. We waited 15 mins, not too bad. When we came into our room, it had a very strong cleaner smell. We had to leave our door open. No hot water to have a shower at 5pm. Beds were comfy. Bathroom at paint everywhere, toilet, shower, wallpaper. Will not be returning. The front desk was helpful with parking for the concert without being asked"

"The main lobby and the whole building were old, dated and dingy. The room was ok, but it was old and grimey and the carpet in the room felt very dirty when walking on it with barefeet. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Maybe it's just what it costs at today's rates but I felt like we overpaid for what we got."

"The hotel itself was nice and the room as well but the no microwave situation was not expected. There’s a shared microwave in the lobby…. The fridge was only on for two hours and then turns off. So that was not the best. The breakfast was included but I was disappointed with the options. Also was louder than I expected but the location was right off the Highway."
