"The panoramic view was the best part of the stay for me. The staff were always ready to help, friendly, informative and professional. The location was just right, with the NY Waterway stop right outside of the hotel entrance. Driving to the Lincol tunnel was also very easy, a short drive into NYC, with the tunnel entrance very nearby. I will definitely return for future stays after this experience."

"Honestly there's so many hotels in the area but I'm very happy I chose this one! For starters the staff was so polite and helpful. Very clean and beautiful. Even got the option to check in way before the 3pm time slot. The coffee is grounds so cup and is AMAZING, fresh ice water and coffee bar open at all times, very good sound proofing. Overall, it was an amazing hotel. Even the breakfast selection was great to me. If I were to travel to Jersey again, I'd chose this hotel all over again!"

"From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back."

"The hotel staff was GREAT! They were very attentive and any time we needed anything for our room they brought up very quickly. Location is great because bus stop is right next to hotel and that’s an easy way to get to the city. The room was big and had lots of space for 6 people. Breakfast was good as well. My only option was to give them a CC with my name on it or my husband would have to come in and all information would have to be changed into to his name. The employee made it clear how inconvenient it was for him to change everything. When I asked for the extra bedding and towels he failed to give it all to me. Had...

"The location is excellent for getting to Manhattan, Times Square, and other attractions. The staff were very helpful in explaining how to get to Port Authority, since most guests leave their vehicles at the hotel and use public transportation to travel into Manhattan. The breakfast is decent, and the hotel has a very large cafeteria area."

"The room was clean and the staff was polite. NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONER is a deal-breaker. I reported it on Day 2 of my stay -- by Day 5 of my stay there was still no cool air in my room. I stopped by the front desk several times a day for updates and was just told engineers were on Floor 5 working on it. No offer to change to a different floor or proactive information. The hotel is affordable and in a good location, but I won't stay there again."
