"Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...

"My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff."

"The moment I walked into the lobby I knew this was not going to be a good thing. The lobby was shabby, with stains/spots on the floor from liquid spills that had dried up. The elevator smelled like marijuana. The room was worse than the lobby; very old. The TV did not have cable or Direct TV connected. It merely had a Firestick with no account linked to it.
