"We arrived around dinnertime on a Sunday. Because the weekend had been very busy our room had not quite been readied yet. This was not a problem for us; the Front Desk held our bags while we went to the bar for a cocktail. Great bar and bartender with well made drinks. Shortly, the Front Desk agent brought us room keys, letting us know he had upgraded our room to a high floor with a nice city view. All amenities were very nice quality, the room was clean and up-to-date. Housekeeping did a great job through our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable; the comforter was plush but light. Great bathroom -- the shower had nice settings and extra spray jets up and down. Very nice. The hot water was *HOT* !! Somewhat regrettably, the main restaurant was being remodeled, though more than adequate food was available in the bar and through room service. The hotel has indoor access to the Minneapolis Skyway system, is one skyway from the Target Center, and from there just one more skyway to Target Field. Awesome. Our ONLY negative comment was that the room coffee was, well, room coffee. So we just trekked down to the lobby for REAL coffee. I discovered in Amsterdam, the only room coffee that a 4+ star hotel should have is Nespresso. :-) Can't see any reason to look anywhere else when we next come back to see the Twins!!!"

"I'm happy to recommend this hotel. I liked everything about it. Important exception: some of the concierges need additional training in client service. I read the hotel booklet on amenities. It listed what was nearby without saying exactly where. I asked one concierge where the listed drugstore was, and was told "I don't know", as if that was a sufficient answer. It's not. I said "but you work here", and was told "but I don't like hanging around after work". Not helpful! If it's in the hotel booklet, the concierge should know where it is. If you don't know, find out. Look it up. Ask someone. I asked another concierge if the light rail stopped nearby and could take me to the airport. Concierge said "I think so, but I don't know. But you could look it up online." Concierge, you could also look it up online, on the computer right in front of you! This is your job! Help your customer get to the airport! Know the closest stop. Have a map you can show. Have a copy of the schedule. I wound up Ubering, for probably ten times the cost of the light rail. The concierge is not paid just to hand out room keys. They are vital to the hotel experience."

"The staff was awesome and very helpful i lived the atmosphere it wasn't ghetto the front desk was awesome it was very clean and sanitized I loved the bathrooms and there breakfast was to die for id recommend this hotel to anyone all family and friends the prices were awesome as well thank you for making my stay so pleasant"
