"Expedia did not list an age minimum for check-in and after booking the nonrefundable room we called the hotel and they informed us that I could not check in because I was too young and would not allow us to switch the reservation to my friend who was traveling with me and was old enough to check in. They also would not check anyone in after midnight, and we would have arrived fifteen minutes after. It was very difficult to get ahold of either the Hyatt or Expedia to help us resolve our issue. Unfortunately, we were forced to forfeit our reservation and money and find a different hotel for the night after having traveled all day. Needless to say, we did not use Expedia or Hyatt again for the rest of our trip."

"Check in clerk was awesome. I had a question after checking out...called talked to one of the rudest person called Brian at the front desk .. wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me ...I actually asked him to email me my receipt. I had to contact customer service to get it. The lady at customer service was awesome. I definitely wouldn't stay at the Braintree Sonesta again. "

"There was a mouse in my room and it was a problem in many rooms in the hotel. This was concerning that an exterminator was not set up immediately to deal with the issue. "

"These people are putting money in their pockets Almost serving as pimps I was almost robbed and I was assaulted in the lobby by another guest They put the cash in their pocket and I have been using my credit card the rest of the time to get the cheapest prices I did not feel safe The police have seen the footage and are writing a police report The manager happy offered to give me a refund to leave but I already paid Expedia Now they are telling me I can’t stay next door because the same family manages it I don’t know what to do because I have a paid reservation at the super 8 next door and I don’t feel safe There are drugs and rats here literally "

"She place smell dirty. Pool was over crowded and water looked dirty. There was no smell of chlorine in the pool or the hotel. As if they don’t clean the pool at all "

"Winter decorations were over the top. Breakfast was awesome along with the staff. Clean. Only complaint was heater was set at 64 when we walked into the room. It had to be 74 or higher in the room. Had to shut it off to cool the room down. Is the best stocked BW with towels and cups. Thank you. "
