"Viet took care of us during our stay! He was very accommodating and quick to respond whatsapp. Area was tucked in alley behind a gate that closes at midnight. Generally quiet. Recommend this place!"

"I have stayed here many times and as always, the staff is incredibly helpful. The hotel property is immaculate and spotless, as well as being quiet and professionally managed. This is my favorite property in all of Hanoi"

"Lovely place and great pool area for the family handy for everything to see and do in Han oi recommended"

"This hotel was fine for a couple nights. The location was pretty decent. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the rooftop bar but for the two nights I was there it was closed. The room was fine, bit of an awkward layout, not very roomy, but the bed was comfortable enough. I had a couple issues with the room but they were resolved promptly. The staff were very friendly and professional. All things considered, the hotel was pretty underwhelming and I don’t think I would stay again."
