"Spacious! Our "room" had a kitchen and huge living room. Loved the parking garage under the building, super safe and secure. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"The location is convenient and provides beautiful views of the Mississippi River. It is an ideal place to stay as it provides nearby dining and shopping. The entire staff are kind and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained. We look forward to returning to this property when visiting Memphis. ( this was our fourth stay here.) Thank you again, all River Inn staff!"

"Excellent atmosphere clean rooms just a great experience"

"Short trip to Memphis for a few nights after visiting family in another area of Tennessee. Chose this Hilton because of its location to Beale St. and the price was pretty reasonable. Location was A+. Short walk to Beale St. and surrounding area was pretty clean. Felt safe as we walked around during the day and early evenings. The room- bed was okay. Sheets and all were clean (Im OCD and check those things and for bugs immediately). Carpet- okay but worn, bathroom was sufficient but cant say...

"The hotel is not well maintained. We stayed on the 6th floor. As we got off the elevator there was a water leak coming from the fire alarm in the ceiling. A full bucket of water directly in front of the elevators. The room had sticky floors and the bathroom door had not been cleaned. When you closed the pocket door there were disgusting stains. Also the hotel does not have free parking the parking is by PMC valet and it is 32.00 per night. The app they used tried to have me log in and set...

"Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."
