"Clean, modern rooms. Friendly, attentive staff."

"The hotel itself was nice and was clean front staff was super friendly but the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! To me this is the most important part of a hotel. I’m coming there to sleep not spend time hanging out in a room. The bed needs to be comfortable. Our bed was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever slept on. It was so bad I actually contemplated moving to the floor and sleeping on my yoga mat."

"I loved the property it was both classy and had ritz. Surprisingly the hotel was built in 2002 but presents as a hotel built in the early 1900’s. The staff was excellent and courteous. There was a library in which to sit and relax or have a bourbon. Would highly recommend and will return."

"Inside lot of bugs and cockroaches and bad smell. Bad sheets are not clean. Worst break fast not provided much break fast only coffee and oats packets."

"The entire property seems to be under construction and the rooms are under-cleaned. They did not have the room available that I booked, but offered me another—no problem. But in that room the AC was not working and it had a terrible moldy smell. The third room offered was not great either, but good enough to stay for the night. I will say the staff was considerate and helpful. A bright spot in what was otherwise a dismal stay."

"Dirtiest room that I have ever stayed in. Checked in and the room was full of knats, and the next morning I killed a roach. Was supposed to stay another night, but had them give a refund for second night, just couldn't stay there."
