"Called before trip to be sure I was getting an interior room with a door between our rooms. Told that it would be ready, when we arrived we were told that wasn’t an option and they didn’t have rooms set up like that. "

"Easy check in /out. Room was in great condition for all areas except the shower! Even with the door closed - the water leaked all over the floor…could see gap along bottom that should not be there!"

"Room was super clean, i always check natresses since i have a bad experience with bed bugs that being said the matresses were well protected, clean and looked new. Staff was amazing and helpful, they knew we had a long trip ahead and let us take snacks even offer to bring more out if we did not have enough available to us. Check out was fast, it was a perfect rest stop for two long days of driving, we are very satisfied with the hotel def. Will add it as one of our stops for the next trip. Breakfast was good :) lots of choices and included for the price we would have paid at a different hotel without breakfast. "

"My family in from out of town was kicked out at 11:00after me paying for a very late check out at 3:00. I am far from happy. "

"Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check into my stay as I reached out earlier in the week through Expedia and the property and had no response in regards with having to cancel my stay The response through Expedia was the property never got back to them Unfortunately, we suffered to death in the family and I needed to cancel my reservation I was not able to get my funds back. I was not able to speak with anybody. So I paid for an empty room I’m sure the property is beautiful as it was referred to us through a friend that stays on a regular basis Unfortunately, my experience with communication through Expedia and the property is poor Thanks for asking"
