"We were contacted around the time of check-in and advised we were upgraded from a small queen room to a lovely cottage. The air-conditioning was left on for us and we were surprised with a beautiful complimentary dessert wine. "

"On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered.
The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful.
