"This was another great stay at Drury Inn! The location is awesome, close to restaurants and shopping and just minutes away from Center City Charlotte. The breakfast and dinner buffet options were wonderful to have when we had time to stop in. When we came in late, it was great to have the onsite restaurant available. "We arrived around midnight. The sweet woman working the front desk was so kind and happy to help. The breakfast was always wonderful. The staff taking care of the coffee and breakfast was attentive and happy to help. When I mentioned to the front desk staff one morning that there was ice on the floor by the elevator they were quick to clean it up. The room amenities were perfect as well. The room was the perfect temperature "

"Clean, nice courteous staff, room was nice and clean, bathroom seems to have been updated recently. Small workout room but appears that it would be fine for an Hotel. Convenient to I77 close to shopping and restaurants."

"Be aware the room Only only has 2 towels and 2 wash cloths very fragile and thin Linen is only issued before 4pm After that There is it any options to have your linen replaced or get Fresh Linen it is now 12:56 of my checkout day and I am stuck in the room with my companion because my companion is handicap and has to ride the elevator and the elevator is not working I was told by the front desk person she would let the GM know that we are still in the room but we didn't get any updates as to when the elevator will be repaired so we will wait.. Not bashing the place everything is brand new and it looks good but be aware"
