"Noticed a slight earthy taste in the water on our 1st day, didn’t think anything of it. On the second day I noticed the bath water when I filled the tub was slightly brown. This unit has had “boil water” advisories in the past. Asking the state board of health to help determine what was in the water."

"The room was very clean, however we were on the top floor and it was very warm when we entered the room. We put the AC on before we went out for our event for the evening. When we returned, it was over 85 in our room. We called maintenance, however they could not assist with our AC as they do not have any help after hours, could not offer us another room because it "wasn't clean"and could not even offer us a fan. We were stuck in a room that was about 90 degrees"

"This is such a gem! Our room was brand new with a beautiful small kitchenette. Very comfortable, clean and very easy to check-in. I really liked the informal check-in process and the property manager stays in contact and directly sends you info to get into your room. Very reasonable as well. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"What a wonderful stay. From the abdolutely nice place , beautifuly mentained, to a absolute clean room ,to a very nice loby room with all the amenities needed. The baggels and especialy the raspberry spread that was delicious, not to mention the hospitality the owners oferred was bar none. Mike made sure everybody and everything was great for a nice quiet stay. That makes it for a come back for sure. Absolutely reccomend this wonderful place 100% !!! "Our room met our needs. It was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. This is a solid property but it’s not “luxury”, and that’s meant as a compliment! It meets the needs of recreational travelers who need a good place to rest without breaking the bank."

"New feeling hotel so we appreciated the newness and cleanliness. It was a basic continental breakfast included hotel. Food was fine. It was close to downtown Burlington which we liked and the price point was good. A/C was not great as it would get hot and then too cold, very irregular instead of temperature being maintained at 1 set level."
