"This hotel is very convenient. The staff are all super friendly. The shuttle runs 24 hours. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is right. The breakfast is very nice and they have coffee and tea in the lobby even if you are catching a flight at 6 a.m.!! I will stay here every time I hage an early or late flight into Detroit."

"I became I'll while at the property from medication I was taking. I was with my daughter who was interviewing for a job in town. I called down to the desk and asked for late checkout. They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. "I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example. I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings...

"The property was updated and clean. The rooms were a good size and updated. The breakfast was decent. Parking was readily available. It was a short distance from the airport and about a 30 minute drive into downtown Detroit."

"Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved. SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. "Broken down bed. Lumpy with sinkholes it. Tried to lay in the center of the bed to try and find a level section."

"We requested a King bed when we made our reservation online but only got a Queen. Also, the toilet was quite low to the floor and the tank refill seemed to be running off and on all night. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable."
