Served its purpose

Staff was nice. Checkin and check out was quick and easy. Room was visually appealing, at the same time it smelled of wet musty towels. Like when you’ve left your laundry in the washing machine too long. Didn’t care for the breakfast all that much. Kids really enjoyed the stay. It was a place to lay our heads for the night and that’s the main thing we needed.

The online check in was easy. I think this is a very nice hotel wish the pool was open a little bit later though to be able to get our money's worth. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of things.

As soon as I opened the door to my room there was a roach in floor running, and I seen three more before I went to sleep. The deposit was double what I’ve paid at the competing places, and online it said I only had to pay $30 for a late checkout and they tried charging me 55 extra plus the $100 deposit. Not a good place to stay not happy

The hotel itself is very nice.The rooms are clean Very easy to park. Only problem I had Is the Pool temperature is way too not refreshig need to somehow cool it down. The breakfast was very bland but satisfactory And the staff is very friendly

Our first room (on 2nd floor) had strong mildew smell and was very humid. There was even actual mold on the lamp shade. There is definitely a moisture issue in certain areas/rooms. We then got a room on the 3rd floor that was much better. It did have a slight smell of smoke and the window valance was halfway attached. It looked like it was ready to fall off the wall. The rooms are also pretty dark. But, the room and hotel areas were clean. The pool was very warm (I like it that way) and the hot tub was fabulous. The staff was also nice enough.
