"The building is beautiful, filled with history. I booked a superior for the bath in the room. I was given a pleasant room in what I think is the original medieval part of the building but the bath was through a cool 'corridor' in the room. However, I spoke to the very assistive staff and they suggested a different room which I was absolutely delighted with! "The MOXY was AMAZING! We stayed over the holidays and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Check-in was smooth. We loved our accommodations…our room was cozy and clean. We had more than enough space for all of us in our party. The ambience is phenomenal. I loved the art work on the walls and the games available to play such as ping pong. Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, not to mention the nice ladies working in the breakfast room (special kudos to Navjot and Sendra). The airport shuttle was excellent, and the free laundry room was a definite plus. All of that at a reasonable price. You can't go wrong by choosing this hotel. "

"Very well organized hotel, close to LHR. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. They had all needed accessories available on reception, from umbrellas for hire to international electricity transformer for purchase. Room was clean and well equipped, including electric cattle, and coffee and tea you can make for yourself at any time. "Just the right hotel to stay in before flying back to Canada. Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly- always a nice way to end a trip abroad. If you are staying here perhaps just ask if you will be close to the service elevators- we didn’t know it, at the time, but these elevators are not overly quiet.
