"The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast."

"the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that."

"While the rate was good, I feel there are still room for improvements. The room was basic but comfortable; however, the shower in my room needed repair. The cold water faucet didn't work, so if you're looking for a hot, scolding shower...that room is just for you! The breakfast was WEAK. I can't remember if it was advertised as continental or not, but you had the option of cereal or toast with either not ripe enough or over-ripe fruit. That was it. Juice machine was "out of order" too. Coffee...

"Cool historic hotel in downtown Lorain. I would stay there again."

"The toilets were completely clogged when we got there we had to unclog our own toilet because there was no maintenance person on staff. We were traveling with a soccer team and we weren’t the only one with room issues. Other people had their dreams overflowing in their shower with brown liquid. The property was not well-maintained at all. Paying $242 a night. I expect a lot better. The staff was excellent. I think they’re just working with what they have. Whoever owns the establishment needs to...

"I can’t give a review because the night I arrived I couldn’t even get into the parking lot due to police activity in what looked like a massive accident that happened at the hotel. And it was pouring rain as well. The week prior I tried calling the hotel daily to confirm my reservation and all I ever got was an answering machine. I left messages and never received a call back from them."
