The hotel is so run down. Paint missing from all the doors. When we had the water running in shower, it sounded like it was going to blow. Something was wrong with the pipes and making a super loud noise. Air conditioning barely worked and was so humid in our room. Would never stay here again

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. There was no complimentary coffee so we looked for a DD, which wasn't too far away. The bathroom was very small and a little out dated, but overall our stay was fine.

There were several bird nests up above the entrance and big piles of bird poop right in front of the main doors. The breakfast was cold and not a big selection, the coffee tasted terrible. The hallways felt small and kinda dark. The bathroom in the room was extremely small and the shower was okay.

Absolutely disgusting! I booked 3 rooms, 1st room smelled completely of smoke. 2nd room did not even get cleaned as there was a dirty beanie in the room and broken shampoo bottle in the bathroom. 3rd room was ok but because it was a connecting room to the 1st room, it also had some of the smoke smell. The staff was absolutely unorganized and terrible! Had no clue what they were doing. One of the staff members had to facetime someone just to figure out how to print a receipt! WE WILL NEVER CHOOSE QUALITY INN AGAIN! Do not book here especially if you have children. We had 3 toddlers and didnt want them sitting on anything in the lobby especially when the lobby chair and couch was noticeably dirty!

The doors don’t fit the doorways so there is a couple inches gap at the bottom so lights and sounds come in quite well. Meaning you share the night with the hallway. We ended up putting towels in the gap. Breakfast bar not stocked on Monday morning.

The property was pretty run down, things that needed attention were just painted over and obviously needed repair The pool was run down. The ventilation was lacking overall, you could smell and feel the pool from the front desk. Ice machine was down, we were offered two small bags of bricks of ice. Overall, the cost was lower than other places and the reviews were more promising than what we experienced

I will keep it brief. Rooms were clean but there was a smell. Property seemed old and not unkept. Floors were wet and dirty so wear shoes at all times. Pool was broken and they had people fix it but seeing bubbles in a pool made me not use it once. Biscuits and gravy every breakfast. Same one every day. If you are looking at a place to purely sleep and then leave this is your place. I would not stay here again.

Had to request new room because first was dirty…dried something on sheets, crumbs in chair, fridge and microwave not cleaned. Requested an extra blanket and first one was dirty. Water in tub drained so slow you were standing in ankle deep water to shower. Never got a receipt. Said the printer was broke and would email one, but never did.

Very polite staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Some up keep and maintenence needs address. Toilet seat in our room was broke. Why housekeeping did not report, I do not know. The other room, the hair dryer did not work. For the 3 nights we were there, the lobby bathroom was closed during to not working. Great location, polite people, place clean. Just need to fix things.

The pics are deceiving online. The room was gross. The tub was worn and chipped. There was caked up dust on the bathroom vent and it had a dirty washcloth stuffed inside like a filter. The tv chords were hanging and taped together. No lightbulbs in two rusted lamps. The floor was not vacuumed well. Worst of all, the sheets on one of the beds were visibly dirty. I slept in my travel clothes and could not shower because it was so nasty. We only needed to get through the one night. But NEVER AGAIN.

This Quality Inn is very small. Which could go either way in my opinion. However, it is clear from the moment you enter the lobby that it was pieced together from pieces salvaged from other places. The lobby photo is accurate, but it is one small nook. In general, the public places were dirty (carpets, furniture, railings),worn and mismatched. The air conditioning in public places was not very effective. The pool was covered in foam. The ice machine was broken and the lobby bathroom out of order (long enough that the sign was wrinkled and paint was damaged) Now, on to the good news. Our room was clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. It worked for our one night stay. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but my grandson enjoyed the make your own waffles.
