Hotel itself was nice, safe, environment. Negatives: the a/c unit made a nonstop clicking noise when running, thankfully my cpap drowned it out for me, but kept my adult daughter from restful sleep; multiple stains on both beds, comforter and sheets; didn't appear fresh but enough they should be discarded; and it took several minutes for someone to come to front desk after "ringing" the bell to check us in around 9pm

It is as you suspect. Not the best, yet definitely NOT the worst. Room was nice. HVAC worked well at keeping the temperature we set. Bed was firmly comforting. Bathroom was clean. Just as you expect.

Very great service from the staff. Unfortunately, the rooms were not up to the quality they were advertised and included stains on the bed sheets/shower curtain, a broken lock, and a majority of the room looking like it had not been cleaned properly. We were able to get a new room that did not have as many stains and had a working lock but we will not be staying here in the future considering the price and condition of both rooms.

Great location to cedar point

Great location to cedar point and kids enjoyed the free breakfast. Only thing we would have changed was knowing they didn’t have an elevator. No real Problem, just wasn’t prepared for it . Would definitely stay again though!

Great location away from the crowds

We were looking for someplace further out from Cedar Point to avoid higher costs and crowds. This place was perfect for our Friday evening into Sunday morning stay. I don’t think it was as updated or as clean as other top names hotels, but we had no complaints. We got what we paid for, a comfortable bed, hot shower, and place to relax away from the noise. Also, it’s only a ten minute drive to the mall and area by Great Wolf. We got our coffee and two dinners out that way.

Was greeted by a father and his 4 month old crying baby at front desk… dont matter just strange, ants coming out of the bath and sink, music until 10h30…can hear people talking in the hallways…. Breakfast was decent, place was very clean, sheets and beds confortable, lots of parking, close to restaurants gaz grocery etc.

There were ants in the breakfast area by the food,told a guy but he just used a napkin to get some and then wiped his face with the napkin, disgusting..and as soon as you walked into the hotel it smelled, not a good smell either...beds were comfortable, air conditioner was noisy.

Thanks for the place to sleep.

The staff is very nice. The TV didn't work in our room, but the young man fixed it. The bathroom had lots of long hair all over the walls, and the tub and floor. The room smelled strongly of mildew and so did the dining area til it took our breath away. I tried to get a bagel until a roach crawled from underneath the case they were in. We were grateful to have a place to lay our heads until we were on our way back on the road home.

Hotel seems out dated, bathroom sink is outside thrle bathroom in the door entrance. Looked like mold along the tub/wall in some spots and in the corner of the tub/wall. Hotel room had a smell that wasnt the best. I would stay somewhere else next time. Staff were very nice

Dirty & not Worth The Money

This hotel was very dirty and smelled poorly. They made us use the stairs to get to our room. The pool was so cloudy and dirty my kids refused to swim or even go into the room. Actual room was musty and had very dirty towels looking like feces and black oil stains all over everything. Breakfast was clean and good. Otherwise I was so disappointed but we had no choice but to stay there.

This hotel is close to Cedar point. The price was very good. The place was clean enough and was in good enough repair. Nothing here was really spectacular but nothing was bad either. Kind of what I would expect at this price point. The one thing that did upset me was that they charged me an extra $10 when I got there. I had already paid through hotels.com. I'm not sure what that was for. Something tells me they weren't supposed to do that. I don't know. I won't stay here again for that reason. But the hotel wasn't bad.
