"The stay wasn’t exactly the greatest but it was tolerable. When checking in I was greeted by the 3rd shift younger white woman who was very kind helpful and quick at checking us in. However the other skinny Indian woman who works the front desk was rude and has a bad attitude. The taller white man who works front desk was no where to be found while he was outside smoking. "We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental."

"Morning staff was very sweet and welcoming. Told us that the key cards were acting up and would just need to be reset from time to time. When we asked the night staff he was very rude and was saying that we needed to stop putting the key card with our phones and that won’t happen. During our staff the staff didnt come get trash or bring clean towels in the whole stay. We took trash out and had to ask for clean towels everytime they were needed. "We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !"
