"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"

They kept staring at us the entire time, and when we politely said “good morning,” they completely ignored us and continued looking at us in an uncomfortable way. "Stayed here for a softball tournament. Low budget motel that provides a place to stay. It is in need of renovations. Towels were threadbare. Shelf in bathroom broken. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. In room mini fridge and coffee maker are good perks. Parking is spacious and it is close to the ball diamonds. "

"The hotel was excellent. We did get in early. Which was very nice. I did find the coffee machine needed rinsing out and unfortunately the sugar and creamers were non existence. We did get in early so it might not of been looked at yet. All good. We had issues with the remote and it was replaced immediately. Breakfast was fresh and alot of choices had to try a but of everything. Perfect. Was a little disappointed the golf simulator wasnt ready but would like to try it on our next visit. Over...

"The room was nice and clean. The strange thing was there was no staff to meet us when we arrived. Instead, there was a sign to call a phone number and the owners in the next house came over to show us to our rooms then left us. We were the only people in the building until we called again for breakfast the next morning when he came over again to make it. There is no pub as the pictures would suggest. This is a 6 room b&b with owners next door situation not a hotel/motel."
