"Ms. Tiarra at the check-in/out Desk is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. She accepted my concerns about the property seriously and with respect. She is a GEM!
It’s my fault that did not shower while in residence. Perhaps Housekeeping would have been able to provide a clean shower curtain had I noticed it earlier. Concerns about hot food served on styrofoam plates/cups - helps manage costs but induces cancer. Paper products are more expensive (would be cheaper in bulk?)."

"The pool was closed because it was off-season.
The room was tidy, but I noticed a few dead bugs. Still, as they say, dead bugs are better than live bugs.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
