"Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. We opened up the room (it was freezing) for 15 minutes or so to air it out. The curtains are shabby and ill fitting on some windows. The bathroom was adequate but again shabby, a soiled towel had been left on the hook from a previous stay. The one positive is that the bedding/beds were clean and crisp. "Very spacious 2 br apartment with beautiful lake views and golf course views , very peaceful and quiet location, easy check in and good communication with host. The apartment were brand new and sun drenched with views of the lake from every room.
Would definitely recommend staying here "
