We excellent stay overall. Can't really rate staff as saw no staff. Room large and spacious.

The Hotel staff are very welcoming and gave all additional information and advice about trips when asked for.Breakfast was continental and good quality but no hot food.We had a rental car so cannot comment about transport facilities. Overall a very good stay. The gym is an added bonus.

Great room upgrade to a suite

Lovely stay (eventually) had a hiccup on the first night when someone had taken our room before we arrived! (Not good when arriving late at 9pm and just wanting to get settled)! The staff when we rang were incredibly apologetic about the mix up (not their fault) and made every effort to rectify as quickly as possible. Can’t fault the customer service. Purposely booked to be out of the way and in our 3 night stay we saw the Northern Lights each night. Perfect location (providing you have a car),...

The views and amenities for this place are amazing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could want. The host was very happy to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was just the "icing on the cake" for us - many thanks. I have never slept in such a comfy bed!! I would highly recommend both apartment & location x

Good location, close to shops and ideal for a stopover when continuing a longer journey. The room was clean, and the additional, very clean toilets just outside our room were handy. Access to a washing machine and tumble dryer was also a bonus. The only disappointment was the lack of communication about a room change. The access code we were sent didn't work, so I had to call the property to resolve it, which was inconvenient and potentially costly as an international traveller. Overall, a...

Had a smooth check in/ checkout experience. Supermarket is just 400m away. Had an awesome stay

Great place to stay. Nice rooms and couldn’t be better located.

Positives? Too many to mention. Negatives? Only one... the funny water smell, however this is something all residences suffer from in Iceland (due to the geothermal water supply) The staff were especially helpful, having a garage was very helpful and despite the central location very easy to drive to. Wife and daughter loved it too. Would stay here again 10/10

Johanna who runs the apartments was the most helpful person ever, she went above and beyond I cannot thank her enough. The apartments were modern, spacious, clean & had everything you need such as cooking facilities which is a must in Iceland how expensive eating out is. A supermarket and bakery is across the road also a pizza takeaway. If you forget anything there is a box in reception to help you out. The huge windows looks over the mountains which is truly spectacular. A little bit out from...

Lovely, small hotel. Rooms modern, stylish, very warm and wonderfully clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive - nothing was too big or small for their kind attention, efficient. Continental breakfast plentiful and fresh, tea and coffee available in small but stylish lounge 24/7. I want to go back in the summer and will book this hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it to all my friends.

The hotel’s location was excellent and it had an elegant feel to it! Staff were very friendly and also welcoming too. Our room was upgraded on arrival also. I’d definitely recommend staying here to other travellers!

We had a fabulous time here. Room was clean and had everything provided you could possibly need. Breakfast was amazing- ample for breakfast ans snacks for lunch too! I don’t think we ever managed to finish it on any of the days we stayed! Check in was seamless with all the info we needed. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Staff in the hotel were all pleasant and helpful, and rooms were nice and comfortable. I opted not to eat in the restaurant as I thought I'd be pushed for time to have breakfast before some of the organised tours starting at 8am, and generally decided to eat elsewhere in Reykjavik for dinner. Location wise, it's a quiet road just at the eastern edge of downtown, so just a few minutes walk away from various shops and restaurants. Also about 5 minutes walk from bus stop #12 which seems to be one...

The hotel’s location and facilities were excellent. Beautifully styled throughout including a fantastic spa. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and would like to mention Wadim and Assad on reception for their excellent recommendations and service

Lovely cozy B&B. The owner was friendly. Very close to a little square with restaurants & a only couple of minutes walk to bus stop 1 where you pick up tour buses.

The most amazing hotel / suite apartment you can stay at. Amazing views, amazing staff who look after every detail and care for you whilst staying here. Amazing food and drinks and breakfast delivered to you room everyday. Just perfect! And once again the staff a just sublime/amazing. Thank you for taking care of us. Highly highly recommend!

We stayed here Monday to Friday and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It had a little kitchen with a fridge, toaster and hob which was amazing as food in Iceland is expensive! It was very central and right next to bus stop 13 one of the main pick up stops for trips - would recommend.

Great location, clean and very helpful staff. Bus stop 13 is right outside the hotel and very convenient
