"Terrible hotel, more like a 1 star hotel. First night AC did not work, its was so hot, and there was no one to help us in fixing the AC. Hotels floors where so dirty, towels were barely towels, they say they have room service but they never answer the room service extension. Only person nice and willing to help is Tonia in the recepción."
