"Great Bar staff!!!!"

"We had booked 5 nights here Monday and Tuesday were fine. We left for Philadelphia for a day and came back on Thursday for our final three days. These stays were booked and confirmed weeks in advance. When we came back on Thursday we were told someone was in our room because they did not want to leave. Instead of kicking them out they told us we would have to downsize to a smaller room and move if our room became available the next day. Neither of these options would work for as we needed the suite that we had booked and were not going to be around to move since we had plans the following day. This was a major inconvenience when asked why they didn’t ask the people in our room to move they said they won’t ask a paying customer to leave even though they had no reservation. This was totally unacceptable as I had the room reserved and am also a paying customer. Very poor customer service!"

"Our stay was great. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was Saturday night when we returned there was nowhere to park due to spots being blocked off. Over all it was a great stay though and we will be back again."

"Toilet was broke called to have fixed never showed up. Sheets were dirty. Room smelled like smoke. They were renovating the halls maybe should started rooms. Did checked out night early. "

"Comfortable room but not well sound insulated. I could hear guests in adjoining rooms. Also, the HVAC unit was extremely noisy, waking me frequently. Lastly, the shower was in name only. Water barely trickled out, regardless of massage setting. The breakfast was good."
