"The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway."

"It was nice hotel. I enjoyed the old time feel and the overall aesthetics of the building. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice and well maintained. The attached restaurant was really nice but overpriced for what we ordered. Biggest complaints were the fridge in our room, froze everything that we put in it forcing us to eat out one of the nights we were there. "I wish you guys had baby cribs, lots of parents are traveling with kids under the age of 1. Other than as well i wish. You guys had like an actual restaurant or dining room where you service breakfast, the prices of the hotel is a bit high for you guys not to have free breakfast included, a pool, or any baby cribs. We well we got charged an extra $100 upon arrival and nowhere in the booking info did it say anything about an extra $100 “just incase of room damages” so that should be stated...

"Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all."

"I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. After a few minutes of looking at theirs screens they told me my reservation was canceled and that they were overbooked. They told me I needed to call Expedia to get relocated.
