"Perfection "

"Hotel is being remodeled at the moment so the bar and restaurant are closed. They did have cart in the main dining room that served as a bar and they served food. My wife and a couple friends raved about the lobster Mac and cheese. I skipped dinner. We had to have a defective plug in the bathroom replaced, which they did the same day we reported it. Short walk and shuttle service for Universal Studios Amusement Park which is the main reason we stayed there. All in all, a good hotel. Pricing...

"The Staff was fantastic! Easy to check in, WIFI included, Free Parking right in front of your room, and lots of great and walkable restaurants nearby. Rob was awesome and a fun to talk to, the gentleman that guided me to where to park was super helpful and amazing and the last dude that helped with an accommodation was a life-saver! Will return in the future! Thanks again!"

"Updated and beautiful rooms, spacious as well. Staff super helpful and always kept common spaces and rooms clean. We got a rental car halfway through our stay and was able to find parking very easily even on weekends. No laundry services, just a fitness center. Appreciated the 24/7 juice, coffee and water though, and the nice rooftop patio. "Staff at the property went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Michael at the front desk was awesome, he even walked my friend and I over to the ovation mall which is very close but it was nighttime and we are two senior women, he also told us to call him and he would walk us back. Patricia who runs the breakfast area was such a nice person, she's so pleasant. We took a 2 hour tour with Mr Ifty who was so great, pleasant, helpful and kind.
