"Very disappointing experience. We had a serious issue with our room door and the staff never properly solved the situation or offered real help until several hours later. We were left for hours without access to our belongings, received multiple promises that were never fulfilled, and due to the hotel’s negligence we ended up missing our flight. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff."

"From the front desk to the pool bartender, everyone was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with an outlet beeping, yes beeping. Within 15 min of notifying the front desk, maintenance came and replaced it. Wonderful experience and I would definitely rent a room again. Housekeeping didnt speak English but was able to work around that. "

"It was very central, plenty of restaurants at various levels. Can easily use the bus to get around. Close to a variety of shopping areas, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc. Rooms can use a little spruce up but they were clean. On-site laundry was good but needs to be better monitored or cleaned by staff. Overall, it's pretty good bargain for the price you pay."

"This is usually our go to hotel because of the location but Just BEWARE of the parking fees!!!! it is not disclosed when you first book anywhere. You are told at arrival to pay $26 per night per Vehicle. Mind you the booking was already almost $300 bucks for one night/one room. Most places comparable to this hotel offers complimentary parking and no additional costs. This isn't even your fancy hotel with valet. We paid the parking fees and then got a letter from what looks like a collection for...

"This property was nice. Check in process was a little worrisome, as the owner text me the information for check in a little after 4pm (check in). The room was clean, room is small. Fitness center opens at 7am. Can not get a work out earlier than that. Breakfast spot in the lobby takes a long time to serve food and coffee. Parking is free however can be far if you don’t get a close spot. Otherwise perfect for the price and good for a small family of 3 no more than 4. Close to Universal! "
