"I was surprised how nice the hotel and room were given I didn't pay that much. Pool was very nice and large, enough places to eat and gave cocktails. Great location across from The Point where they have numerous stores and restaurants and just nice to walk around. Lots if large screen tv's fir the Wirkd Cup watch parties. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if my travels brought me to this part of FL."

"I have stayed in more hotel rooms than I can even count and I rate the fine folks at the Hyatt at the top of my list! From the check in to the check out, I could not have been treated better! I definitely recommend them and will stay there again if I am in the Orlando area again!"

"The staff were great upon checking on and out. The bathroom had German roaches and the shower had a little mildew inside of it. This hotel needs up grades IMMEDIATELY! Its 2026 and the rooms are out dated. Looks like 2006. I will not be returning to this hotel."

"My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues that affected the overall guest experience. The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, and there was also a noticeable bad smell coming from the sofa, making it uncomfortable to spend time in the room. This gave the impression that the furniture and room may not have been adequately maintained. Parking onsite is paid, something which is not highlighted properly in Expedia."

"The only criticism I have is the limited availability of microwaves in the hotel. Only two were available for use in the entire hotel with multiple guests waiting to reheat their food. For a hotel this size it’s ridiculous and I have been a guest at this hotel for over ten years. When the hotel is booked with multiple groups during busy times with hundreds of people this can be extremely frustrating. I waited over 30 minutes to access an available microwave with two people ahead of me for one on...

"I liked everything about this Hotel except for having to use the room card to leave the parking lot. Using it to get in , I get that part but having to use it to leave was unnecessary and just a pain in the butt especially when it is raining."
