"Terrible breakfast"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful."

"The room was clean, but the body wash dispenser was empty. Our luggage was delayed, so we asked for toiletries. They only had disposable toothbrushes —no toothpaste, no contact solution or contact cases. Breakfast was fine but limited."

"Unfortunately, cleanliness was the biggest issue. The layout of the 2 bedroom suite was nice. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. However, there were some other person's hairs on some of the linens upon check in. We also had to kill 3 baby roaches in the kitchen area. Several room occupants would leave bags of trash or beer cases outside the doors in the hallways. Overall, the hotel itself and the amenities were nice, but cleanliness left something to be desired."

"The room was ok and the staff was nice, but the hotel’s water heater went out and they weren’t sure if they could have it repaired befor the end of our stay being it was a holiday weekend. So we had to check out early and get a different hotel. The sink in our also room didn’t drain and the floors and walls were extremely thin making it so you heard every step anyone took on the floor above you. Also the main door to the room let in a lot of light from the hall way."

"Very dirty and the staff was rude. I asked for clean sheets and towels and she said well you can come wash them! I know it’s a motel 6 but doesn’t mean it has to be filthy."

"I choose this LaQuinta because of its close proximity to family I was visiting. I was able to walk to their home in the mornings and not interrupt their preparation for graduation activities and celebrations. My room was clean and comfortable. The one thing I found could be improved upon for an older person like myself (80+) is the lighting. I found the room to be dark even while using all available sources and felt the fact that the hallway light needed to be on to get the bathroom light to...
