"You cannot fault this place. It is an independent family run hotel which is ideal. Although Ialyssos around the beach area is a typical resort, this hotel is away from the crowds where you can relax and enjoy the sun and Greek way of life. The family are always there to give any assistance that is required and go out of their way to be of help. This was our third stay and we will be returning. "I liked this quaint property. Our room was kind of different with beds up in a loft. My only complaint is that it was very hot up there and the air didn’t seem to cool up there. The pool, cleanliness and bar area was great. This is a great hotel at a great price. "

"This is a very clean hotel and it's nice because it's a little out of the way from the main tourist parts but still close enough to walk. It's in a very quiet area and about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. There are lots fo restaurants and grocery stores around. Small kitchenette in the room was great for making meals and keeping the cost of the trip down. Would definitely recommend Vivian studios."

"I will never go back to this hotel...rude staff, the hotel is in a good location but the noise was terrible, I couldn't sleep until 5AM because of the outside noise... During my booking I saw AC in the room, while I checked in the manager of the hotel asked me to pay 8 Euro only to open the AC. he claimed that this is not hotel only an apartment building. "
