"Pros: Amenities are great however during our stay washing machine was out of order. Huge place for tokyo. We had 3 decent size bedrooms. Few steps away from convenience store. Cons: still needs to walk about 10-15 mins walk from and to the closest train station after walking all day. Otherwise It is a great stay."

"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. Thank you! "

"The rooms were clean but the bedding was stained and dirty. The couch was also dirty and stained as well. The hot water did not work in the bathtub did not work. The shower room grate would over flow. This would cause water to overflow onto the shower room floor. The front door lock did not work properly at times. Needs a locksmith to examine. Fridge - satisfactory Microwave - satisfactory Kitchen, living, and bedroom areas were satisfactory. Quiet area. Easy access for cabs. Close to all...

"Room was clean upon entry. There’s basically no one to ask about things though (such as garbage removal). The 2 large beds are each nice and roomy but there’s no space between them so with 4 adults you’re basically all sharing a bed. The other 4 smaller beds are only sufficient for smaller people, especially those in the underneath hidey-hole. The washer does ok but takes forever and drying clothes is a joke - even after multiple runs over 4-6 hours the items were still wet. Very problematic...

"Family of four. We were only here two nights so didnt use the washing machine, but looked large and new. Kitchen was ample. Beds comfy (if you like firm) and plenty of space for a family. Oddly though only supplied three pillows and three towel sets. I asked for another pillow and request ignored. The decor was great fun. Shower was decent and all the toiletries you would need. Some cutlery was dirty so we rewashed everything, although the rest looked clean. Overall i would say it was very...
