"I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was very nice. The staff are very friendly with excellent customer service. The hotel is okay, bed is a little hard, some room can be stuffy but the staff gave me an air purifier and moved me to a better room. I will definitely come back if there is a chance. Very close to the mid central escalators so walking commuting is very nice. And bus stop right in front of the hotel for those looking to use their compass cars to the max. "

Despite the typhoon outside the hotel functions as though nothing is out of order. If you want to get stuck in a typhoon, this would be the hotel to get stuck in!! ;)"

"I had a harbor view room, and the view was amazing. The staff is excellent, and the property is gorgeous. The pool is the best I've been to, phenomenal view of the harbor and great service. "
