"The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging. One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room....

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"We planned to stay here for 2 weeks but moved out after one night. We were told that the pools that are shown in the pictures were not accessible by us. Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows...

"The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."
