"The breakfast was great. My only negative was the loud people above my room. I didn't tell reception because i chose the floor i was on. My suggestion is ALWAYS ask for top floor room near elevators. I love the hotel even with the obnoxious people above me. They reminded me of tweakers the way they stomped the floor most of the night. This happened about 4 nights. GET THE TOP FLOOR."

"The hotel is not up to brand standards. It’s more along the lines of a Super8 The airport shuttle was dangerous. There’s one bus that picks up guests at other hotels first. When it arrived, every seat was taken and we had to stand with the floors overfilled with luggage that was rolling around with turns The elevator was broken on the morning of check out"

"Where do I start?? Let's see... the first night I was staying near the front desk and the front desk staff was pretty loud as I tried to sleep. I asked for a wake-up call at 6:15am, and they called me at 4:15am! The front desk person said the 6 looked like a 4! Interesting. At some point in the night someone opened up the outside door (my room actually had two doors). Luckily the inside chain lock was on, and the door only opened an inch or so. The next day when I returned, the same door was open again. The following night the person in the next room had his alarm going off for 20 minutes at 4am. When I called the front desk, they came and knocked on his door lightly and left when nobody answered. They tried calling his room, but he did not answer. Why did they not continue to call or knock loudly? There could have been a medical situation or at least prevented those in nearby rooms from staying awake. When I asked to move rooms, I checked into a room that had not been completely made up. And then at 10pm, a woman and her child started to enter the room! They had double booked my room and didn't realize I had checked into another room! I know it is a very cheap hotel, but please make a minimal effort. Please."

"It was okay. No amenities. Clean room. Bad mini fridge. Shampoo but not conditioner. Place needed updating. Bad coffee. Bed was fine. Clean bedding."

"This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Nothing spectacular but clean, breakfast was good, but the best part was the staff…everyone was super nice and super helpful. Location was very convenient."
