"The hotel is not up to brand standards. It’s more along the lines of a Super8 The airport shuttle was dangerous. There’s one bus that picks up guests at other hotels first. When it arrived, every seat was taken and we had to stand with the floors overfilled with luggage that was rolling around with turns The elevator was broken on the morning of check out"

"Immediately walking in, the hotel is super clean, and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. In fact, every single person I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. The pool wasn’t quite open yet for the season, but it looked really nice from what we could see. There is a nice enough fitness facility as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again! One additional thing...

"Will stay there whenever I’m traveling through. Friendly staff, clean rooms. However, bring your own pillow if you’re fussy about pillows. Theirs look nice on a well-made bed, but they’re made for looks, not comfort! Too stuffed and not very soft for my taste. Many hotels are guilty of the same practice."

"Rooms are good size and staff was great. The breakfast was good but limited on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s. Hot tub jets don’t work and the only ice machine that works is on the 3rd floor. Just a suggestion but It would be nice if they put an “Out Of Order” sign on the other ice makers and note to get it on 3rd floor so this way people don’t have to find staff and ask about it.Overall we were satisfied with the stay. Out of 5 stars I would give it a 4.3 "

"Had torn up towels. Did not even have regular towels. Shower soap was left behind. Bed sheets had stain on them"

"We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. The sheets on the bed were worn down to threads and the mattress was lumpy with springs you could feel. Also someone had to come work on the tv to make it work. Mainly it just needs a makeover. It’s rundown. "

"The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the staff was kind and helpful but the rest of the amenities were far below par. The breakfast was worth not even showing up for and I fully suggest enjoying breakfast somewhere else. The Jacuzzi was hardly air temp and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in years.think of a tub of bacteria and then it's worse. The hotel is pet friendly towards dogs that never stop barking so if you're looking for peaceful quiet at the end of the day, you won't find it...

"This is a very good value hotel. Conveniently located and near good restaurants. My only complaint: the airport shuttle operates from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. It does not operate for flights taking off early morning. Hotel guests must take a taxi or a ride service which cost between $18 and $25. My hope is that this good hotel can fill-in this gap in providing airport transportation."
